Entry to all our events is free. Merchandize and donations are simply a way to support Tugen culture, out of goodwill.
A key event of the wider Baringo cultural calendar. The auction sits alongside Kaldich boat races, cultural fairs, and a youth night extravaganza, drawing communities from across the region.
The annual showcase of the Tugen community heritage — dance, song, and ceremony bringing young and old together to celebrate and preserve their culture for future generations. Communities from across the region — Marakwet, Pokot, Tugen, Keiyo, and other neighbouring tribes — take part, making the festival a true platform for peace and unity in Kerio Valley. Entry is completely FREE — merchandize and donations are a voluntary way to support the culture.
